Emery Village guesthouse

Beautiful surroundings, peace and quiet, together with lively entertainment. It's surrounded by mountains, with a view of the city and the sea, but at walking distance from shops, boutiques and restaurants. It's about one mile from the seashore and the downtown area.
Emery Village is a residential spot. There are only 5 cottages in an area of about 1650 square meters, with many plants and flowers.

Beauty, privacy and autonomy !

The cottages are fully equipped for up to 4 or 6 people. There are two -one bedroom cottages, and two -2 bedroom ones. You can either have hotel service or be totally independent to cook your own meals. Each cottage has a living room with kitchen and all that´s necessary to prepare your own meals.
There´s a color TV, DVD, sofa, a table with 4 chairs, a patio, and a hair dryer in the bathroom.

There's a swimming pool and barbecue facilities with a kiosk to sit and eat your meal outdoors, and an internal parking area.
There´s free internet wireless access from the cottages.

In Garopaba, there's all to make your vacations unforgettable: You can enjoy each and every one of the nine different and fantastic beaches, go shopping at the nice and exclusive shops, engage yourself in sport activities such as boat cruises, surfing, sand boarding, kayaking, hang gliding; follow ecological tracks, or dine out at the various restaurants and coffee shops. We´re only 90 kms from Florianópolis, the capital city of the state of Florianópolis.

From July to November, you can come and hope to watch the White whales, which approach the seashore at this time of the year. There are many festivities the year round.

Bookings can be made by Western Union deposits of 50% of the period; the remaining 50% is paid at arrival in cash. We don´t take credits cards.

Cancellations must be made in written.
Please, read our policy below:
High season( from December16th on) : It´s charged a fine of 30% for cancellations if they´re made with at least 20 days of the check-in date; If made with less than 20 days ,or in case of "no show" , there´s no return of the deposit;
Festivities such as New Year, Christmas, Carnival and holidays: For cancellations made with more than 30 days, it´s charged a fine of 50% of the deposit; for cancellations made with less than 30 days, it´s charged 50% of the period; there´s no return of the deposit.
Low season (from March15th to December 15th): It´s charged 20% of the period for cancellations if they´re made with at least 03 days of the check-in day; with less than 03 days , there´s no return of the deposit. N.B: It´s considered "No show" if guests don´t check-in on the assigned day by 11:00 p.m.
